As a rinse-off conditioner
After shampooing, apply through the scalp, mid-lengths and ends. Leave on for 1 to 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
As a leave-in treatment
Apply a small amount to damp or dry hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends for added hydration, softness and frizz control. Works as a daily hair cream too, smoothed through drier ends whenever you need it. Leave it in throughout the day.

The amount you need will depend on your hair length and thickness, but we recommend using a generous squeeze as a rinse-off, and a 50cent size as a leave in.
